The Rzeszów Valve & Aortic Repair Workshop 2024 will be dedicated to the cutting-edge developments and techniques in the minimally invasive and reconstructive therapies of mitral and aortic valve disease, as well as aortic arch surgery.

The 12th edition of Rzeszów workshop will take place 9th and 10th of December in Rzeszów. To meet the expectations, we have prepared an interactive two-day live surgery meeting.

We are planning to perform seven life cases of minimally invasive mitral, tricuspid valve repair, endoscopic valve surgery, aortic root reconstruction procedures, including Ross operation and surgical aortic arch replacement.
This has always been a very much interactive event. This year there will be a chance to learn from renowned surgeons that accepted our invitation.

We will have the honour to listen and observe operating Gebrine El Khoury, Antonios Pitsis, Andreas Zierer, Bartosz Rylski, Piotr Kasprzak, Mohammad Alreshidan, Konstantinos Tsagakis, Piotr Suwalski, Marek Deja, Pieter Kappetein and Andy Campbell.
This educational course on minimally invasive / reconstructive heart valve and aortic surgery is organized by the Department of Cardiac Surgery, 2nd District Saint Jadwiga Queen Hospital in cooperation with University of Rzeszów.
